75 Minutes play – 45 minutes for hot food.

This package has no party host – Your hot food will be delivered to your party room / area at a pre-stated time. Birthday child’s parents will be responsible for rounding children from the play frame and serving up food and juice. Includes Hot food. (No ice cream) No party bags – feel free to bring your own - No option to portion birthday cake on this package.

2 hours play – Snack food will be provided on the parents seating party table for the children to eat as and when they want.

This party has no party host – A small cold food snack platter of Sandwiches Crisps and cakes will be available for the children to eat. Packages includes unlimited juice but no party bags (feel free to bring your own) – There is no option to portion birthday cake on this package

75 Minutes Play – 45 Minutes for hot food. If the children finish eating before the end of the party, they may go back to play until the end of the party slot.

Includes hot food, ice cream, party bags, choice of gift for the birthday child and free return pass for the birthday child. This party can be customised to your own needs. Please see list below for customisable options.

Available daily 9 – 11am – 9am to 10am private use of the centre before we open to the public at 10am. Breakfast served at 10.15am – Party parent to choose from hot breakfast buns (bacon / sausage) OR cereal and fruit platter.

Unlimited cordial and party bags are included in the price.

Invitations are available free of charge to collect from reception – We do not post invitations out.

Birthday party rules and information to help your party go smoothly:

1. A Deposit of £20 is required to book a DIY or Standard party. For all other party packages a £40 deposit is required.

2. The price you see is the price you pay, If party prices have risen since you booked, don't worry. You will be charged the price quoted on the day you paid your deposit.

3. No party date is held without deposit. To book your space or check availability, the quickest option is to call us on 0191 2599966. We can take deposits and all of the details we need over the phone.

4. All deposits are non refundable. Adventurelands may at our discretion allow for a change of date or time.

5. Bring along a Birthday cake and candles, we will do everything else. (Party bags are not included on the DIY party - Feel free to bring your own ) - Please do not bring Firework style candles, these will set off our fire alarm system. Balloons and banners are allowed but please do not stick banners to our painted walls. Sticking to tables is not a problem.

6. Parties run back to back. Please respect this by leaving promptly at the end of your party.

7. Unagreed Overstays of more than 15 minutes will incur an additional charge of £50 per 15 minutes overstayed. - Please speak to us if you wish to overstay, we may be able to accommodate this depending on how many other parties are booked in. 

8. If you require a top up of Juice or anything else during your party, please ask any member of staff. 

9. We don't need to know final numbers, We only ask for an approximate number when booking to help us plan. We will count your guests in on the day and charge the balance at the end of the party.

10. Siblings (aged under 12) of your guests will need to be paid for. This responsibility lies with the parent not the party organiser. We will charge them on the day at the desk. We offer an option to add on to the birthday party (so the parent pays but it is like they are part of the party - getting a meal and party bag at the end) If you do not want us to offer this option, please let us know beforehand and we will just offer the normal entry price (£7.95)

11. We will allocate your guests a seating area. This may be upstairs.

12. We want you to have a magical experience. However, we know that things don't always go right. If you are unhappy with anything, please ask to speak to a duty manager. We have a much better chance of making things right if we are made aware at the time.

13. Rude, Intimidating or inappropriate behaviour towards other members of the public, your party host or any other member of staff will result in the guilty party guest being asked to leave. This includes shouting at or swearing at staff. If this behaviour is by a parent or the birthday child, the party will be terminated and full payment will be due.

14. We can cater for any allergy as well as Vegetarian and Vegan children, Please let us know a week before the start of your party if you have any children with allergies. We will offer them a suitable meal on the day.

15. We do not allow food from outside the centre to be brought in. Please respect this rule.

Your guests parents will be expected to pay for any siblings unless you tell us you would like to pay for them

Absolutely. Please don't stick anything to painted walls. On the front of tables is totally fine

The party will still go ahead but you will still be charged for the minimum number on your chosen party package. For best value try to at least get the minimum number

We change the contents regularly but usually a small toy (eg. Bubbles) a packet of Haribo or similar plus 4 or 5 small sweets.

Feel free to bring more to add if you want

Yes. For allergies, please let us know before the date of the party if possible.

For parties in normal trading hours. We recommend no more than 50. For private hires we can do up to 200 kids

We run parties back to back so unfortunately not unless you have pre-arranged it with us. If you want to stay a little longer on the day, please ask. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will cut the cake after singing happy birthday (if requested by party parent) This will be wrapped and put in party bags for your guests. We do not allow cake to be eaten on the premises

Please speak to our management first. It may be possible but we need some details of the company first and a copy of their public liability insurance. Please consider a private hire if you would like to use external entertainment

We don't usually allow food or drinks to be brought in from outside. If you would like to do this for Private hires only, a £150 corkage / service charge will be added to your bill

We aim for every party to go to plan but we understand it's not a perfect world. Please ask to speak to the duty manager while in the centre. It's easier to rectify a problem if we know about it as soon as possible.
